The MAHR-BOW
2000 is for low-wear deflection of pneumatic blower output.
Since the blower output is guided along the inner radius of the
arc, the wear, which is otherwise produced on the inner wall of
the arc, shifts to the material buffer zone, which forms during
the filling. The distinctive shape of the MAHR-BOW
2000 changes the otherwise very familiar wear at these
critical points. Immediately after the beginning of the filling,
a support buffer forms in the arc which itself prevents wear on
the arc, thus enabling long service lives, because the material
conveyed is conveyed not along the arc itself but rather along the
support buffer.
Some clear
advantages of the MAHR-BOW 2000:
Low-wear blower output deflection through a loose material
cushion of its own
Low pressure loss
Compact design
Low aquisition and installation costs
