Area of application:
To be used mainly in silo cones to prevent bridging and facilitate product discharge. To be used mainly for dusty products which are hard to discharge.

Layout and operation principle:
A complete aeration system consists of several aeration hoses which need to be arranged in a certain manner depending on the conditions given. Through the porous fabric of the hoses, air is blown into the bulk material in order to fluidize it and destroy bridges. Each aeration system is connected to a ring line and can easily be separated in different aeration sections.

Electrical components:
For aeration a 2/2-way solenoid valve is used in the desired protection class and voltage.

Aeration pressure: 2000 - 8000 mm WS
Air volume: as required
Temperature resistance: up to max. 140 °C
Standard length: 0,5 m, 1 m, 1,5 m, 2 m, 2,5 m
