Area of application:
To be used for filling of dusty and granular bulk goods from silos into open trucks and railway vehicles. Special variant allows loading of open vehicles and containers. Process is dust-free if the device is connected to a filter system at 15 - 20 mbar negative pressure.

Layout and operation principle:
Device mainly consists of an upper part plus rope pulley and deaeration connector, a chain-mounted flow line, and a bottom part. In the shut-off device a fill level limit switch can be used (if required)
for preventing overfilling. Device can be lifted and lowered by means of a manual or a motor-driven rope winch. Motor-driven rope winch is equipped with a special device that ensures automatic adjustment of
the extended telescope loader when the vehicle to be loaded is pushed down by the load.

Device is available in mild steel or stainless steel. A combination of polyamide cones is possible. Bellow available in special fabric, if required.

Material flow rate:
Size DN 200/88: approx. 100 m3/h
Size DN 300/88: approx. 150 m3/h
Material flow rate depending on bulk good, silo and discharge device.
